Humillación al Manchester United, no se puede empezar de otra manera esta entrada. El Athletic de Bilbao ha dado otra lección al conjunto de Sir Alex Ferguson, pero ésta vez, en la Catedral. Los de Bielsa se clasifican para los cuartos de finales de la Europa League, junto con el Valencia, por lo que ya tenemos dos españoles clasificados, a esperas de lo que haga el Atlético de Madrid.
El encuentro ha terminado con victoria del Bilbao por 2 goles a 1. Fue el Athletic el que se adelantó por medio de un golazo marcado por Llorente. Posteriormente, marcó el segundo el equipo de San Mamés, fue De Marcos. El gol del Manchester United llegó por medio de Rooney, que se sacó un disparo fuerte que entró por toda la escuadra, un auténtico golazo.
Decir, una vez más, que el Manchester United se ha podido llevar una goleada tanto en el partido de ida como en el de vuelta, y que ha sido muy superado por el equipo español, el Athletic Club de Bilbao.
